First Look at The Salt Mine's New Shower and Laundry Facility

Hello friends of The Salt Mine, 

We want to extend our deepest thanks to the City of Lincoln and our entire community for sponsoring our brand new Shower and Laundry Facility at The Salt Mine. This is a clean, safe, and private space where our unhoused neighbors can feel comfortable showering. We built this room in a manner that will be easy to sanitize after each use. Our volunteers will be able to do laundry for our unhoused clients quickly and efficiently with a brand new industrial washer and dryer system. Our unhoused neighbors can receive shower and laundry services Tuesday-Friday from 9 am-11 am. 

This Shower and Laundry Facility helps accomplish our goal to serve our neighbors in a way that is beneficial for everyone in our community. With the City of Lincoln supporting and sponsoring this project, we want to say thank you to all of our donors who made this possible.
