STUDENT CONNECTIONS
Our mission is to form meaningful relationships with the students of Lincoln and Sheridan and give them a place where they can flourish in their community as we help them accomplish their goals.
Work opportunities
Students have the opportunity to participate in volunteer activities at The Salt Mine. When students choose to participate in work activities, our goal is to equip them for success in any work environment.
COMMUNITY IN THE HEART OF LINCOLN
We welcome partnership and interaction with other youth organizations in our community. Students all over Lincoln are able to interact and form positive relationships in a safe and supervised environment.

6TH-12TH GRADE
Students in grades 6-12 are allowed at Salt Mine Youth. Students must be enrolled in a school to attend Salt Mine Youth. This rule is enforced for the safety of other students on the premises.
Parent/leader relationships
At Salt Mine Youth, our goal is to be a resource to your family and help you and your student in any way we can. We prioritize a partnership with parents to ensure that students are receiving well-rounded leadership from The Salt Mine.
STUDENT, PARENT, LEADER POLICY
All of our leaders, who undergo training and official live scans, are committed to your child's safety. While youth events are happening in our building, we only allow students, parents, and leaders on the premises.
