The Food Closet has been blessed with the bounty of many gardens and orchards this summer. Fresh oranges, persimmons, plums and apricots are donated as they become ripe.
The Lincoln High School garden blesses us on a regular basis with fresh vegetables as do many local residents wishing to share their abundance.
When you come to The Salt Mine and get a fresh box of food, many of the items will have been harvested just that morning! What an amazing community we live in where everyone works together to make sure all are blessed!
